ALTs Morocco

A collective of Moroccan builders.

ALTs is a collective of Moroccans building the things they actually care about: products, companies, writing, side projects. We gather in seasons to work on them together. Show up, build, leave with momentum.

What it looks like.

A collective, not an incubator.

ALTs is built on three principles we take seriously.

01

Build together

Parallel deep work with people who get it. No Slack, no meetings. Just you, your project, and the quiet energy of a room full of builders.

02

Ship publicly

Optional demos at the end of every session. Small audience, zero stakes, huge momentum. Your side project stops living in a private repo.

03

Real community

No gatekeepers, no application forms. Students, designers, engineers, writers. If you're Moroccan and you're building, you already belong.

A morning. Two deep work blocks. Whatever you've been avoiding.

No talks, no panels, no networking theatre. A tight, deliberate shape that turns a morning into real progress on your own thing.

    Opening

A short customized talk tailored to what the group needs: a framework, a toolset, a lesson.

Heads-down, no performance. Real progress on your own thing.

  4. ~50m

    Deep work, block 2

    More of the same.

Anyone who wants to show what they built that day has a few low-stakes minutes. Not mandatory. Then we wrap.
